Expand All
Grid Designer provides users with the ability to group data and the expand groups feature, facilitating a more comprehensive visualization of information in the report. By choosing the "Expand All" function, this option allows, upon running the report on the web, for it to be displayed with all groups expanded, providing the opportunity to examine all the data contained within these groups.
Steps to Expand All:
- Open Grid Designer.
- Create a new report or open an existing one.
- Group by a column.
- Click on the "Expand All" icon.
- Save changes.
- Upload the report to the web.
- Run the report.
Grid Designer not only provides you with the ability to expand groups, but you can also undo this change by using the "Collapse All" option, returning to the original version where all groups will be displayed collapsed.
Steps to Collapse All:
- After grouping and expanding.
- Click on the "Collapse All" icon.
